SECURITY & INSURANCE TERMS ACCEPTANCE

I accept receipt of the following keys for Brackenwood, Column Road, West Kirby, Wirral CH48 1LH

Main House

• Front door – 1 Set x 2 separate keys plus kitchen door key plus alarm fob
• Further 2 Sets x 1 Kitchen door key plus alarm fob.

Cottage

• Front door key plus alarm fob

I note, understand and agree acceptance of the following:

1. It is an insurance requirement that all doors and windows are securely locked (with keys removed) and that alarms for the main house and the cottage are set when going out and leaving the property unattended. Failure to comply will null and void the house insurance and any consequential losses arising will be my/our personal responsibility

1. It is also an insurance requirement that all external doors and bedroom windows on a ground floor are locked (with keys removed) at night. Failure to comply will null and void the house insurance and any consequential losses arising will be my/our personal responsibility.

1. The loss of keys will result in replacement costs being charged to me/us and in certain circumstances might include the cost of changing locks.

1. Brackenwood insurance does not cover loss, damage or theft of our personal possessions.
3. I have received a detailed handover, read the Welcome Pack and accept all House Rules.
5. *It is strongly advised that you have your own personal insurances in place.
